1. How do you find loads?
I use top-tier load boards like DAT and Truckstop, along with direct relationships with reliable brokers. My goal is to keep you moving with quality loads that fit your schedule and equipment - no sitting around.
4. Do you require a contract?
Yes, I use a service agreement that protects both of us and outlines how we'll work together. But I don't lock anyone in - the agreement includes flexible terms and cancellation options. If it's not a good fit, I won't hold you back.
7. How do you help me make more money?
I negotiate on your behalf, reduce deadhead miles, and keep you in profitable lanes. I don't just book loads - I build strategy around your goals to help you maximize every mile
2. What types of freight do you specialize in?
I dispatch dry vans, reefers, and flatbeds. I take the time to understand your equipment, preferences, and lanes so I can consistently book loads that work for you and your business
5. Do you handle back-office support too?
Yes - I take care of rate confirmations, broker packets, paperwork, and can even assist with invoicing and factoring setup. My goal is to free up your time so you can focus on the road.
8. Do you help with detention, layovers, or TONU?
Yes. If something goes wrong or you're delayed, I step in and contact brokers to request detention pay, layover fees, or TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used). You won't have to fight for what you're owed.
3. What are your dispatch fees and how do you get paid?
I typically charge a fair percentage per load (usually 8-10%), and I only get paid when you do. Payments are handled securely via invoice, Zelle, or another agreed-upon method. No hidden fees, ever.
6. How do you communicate - and how often?
Communication is key. I stay in touch daily through phone, text, or email - whatever works for you. You'll always know where your load is coming from, when it picks up, and what's next.
9. Can you keep me regional/local/OTR based on my preference?
Absolutely. Whether you want to stay close to home or run over-the-road, I tailor dispatching to fit your lifestyle. I'll do everything in my power to honor your preferences and non-negotiables - because this is your business, your way.
